I specialize in treating anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, identity issues, and relationship concerns. I’m here to provide a warm, culturally affirming, and calming space for you to find your voice again, and to support you as you make the changes you’ve been wanting to make.

I also provide healing circles, workshops, and presentations to community members and mental health providers. Healing extends beyond the individual, and it brings me great purpose to share my knowledge with others and to nourish a sense of community.
